Over a hundred years ago a hungry and desperate raccoon attacks a wounded vampire trying to get a quick meal. Instead it becomes the ancestor for a new breed of raccoons... Vampire Raccoons.

While taking out the trash, The Astounding CatMan, descendant of the Golden Age CatMan is attacked by a wild gang of vampire raccoons and is endowed with the abilities of the living dead.
Now he is known as The INCREDIBLE RACCOON.

The Incredible RACOON pledges to clean up his city. Some of the good guys want to expose him for being a vampire and most of the bad guys just want him dead.
